We accept returns for non-damaged/unused items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange; except Special Orders, Limited Editions, Viz Art Glass Plates, Seasonal Items (Christmas ornaments, etc.), discontinued/retired items, items ordered in quantities of more than 5, or clerarance sale merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be in its original undamaged boxes with all tags and no writing on the box. There is a restocking charge of 20% on all returned merchandise, except damaged goods. There is no refund on shipping charges unless there was an error on our part. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Orders over $500 (original list prices) are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise at their cost. Returns must be insured for the value of the return and packaged to arrive free of damage.
If You Receive Damaged Merchandise:
In the event that an item is received damaged, you must keep all original packing materials and shipping boxes for inspection by United Parcel Service or other inspectors. Contact us immediately for further instructions at 800-665-1233 or Email at info@NielsensGifts.com. We cannot assume responsibility for damaged goods after 3 days of the receipt of merchandise.
